Who is the Artist Behind These Eyes?

Who is the artist Behind These Eyes?  I am mixed-media artist, multi-published via web TV, websites, books and magazines, who enjoys experimenting with many types of mixed-media to create home decor, jewelry, wearable fashion textured/dimensional layouts and embellishments, and more.  My motto is "Dare to be Different."  My style is diverse, and I am always seeking new opportunities to share my creative abilities and work with new products in unique ways.

My first line of hand-drawn rubber stamps premiered in 2006 at TheStampingStudio.com.  Many of my designs, including multiple upcycled creative projects, can be seen on on When Creativity Knocks web TV. In Spring of 2012, my craft channel "Cindi Bisson - Behind These Eyes" premiered on the When Creativity Knocks website - featuring 10 episodes throughout the year.  I am active in social networking via blogging, Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In, Pinterest and more.   I frequently participate in manufacturer product challenges and group blog hops, and have experience writing product reviews and creating projects with instructions for newsletter articles.  I represent manufacturers and teach at CHA shows, Maker Faires, Southern Women’s Shows, Scrapper’s Dream Vacation, and other creative events around the country.  My art can also regularly be seen at various CHA Designer Member Displays and at CHA events. With When Creativity Knocks as their Associate Producer & Product Review Manager, I enjoy helping to orchestrate the many ways in which they teach the world to craft via their website and weekly show.

My creative aspirations include:

  • Designing for manufacturers, magazines, ezines and online stores.
  • Representing companies in the media via webcasts, television, radio, conventions and trade shows.
  • Publishing creative books.
  • Designing rubber stamps and papers.
  • Teaching mixed media art.
  • Designing project kits for manufacturers, events, etc.
