RIT Liquid Dye comes to the Party!

I have been having so much fun recently experimenting with RIT Liquid Dyes.  My most recent discovery is that you can use RIT Liquid Dye to create custom colored, "tie-dyed" balloons!    See how I did it here in this week's Cindi's Simple Solutions article for When Creativity Knocks:
